Covid 19

Hotel Vienna reopens on 01 May 2021.

Every weekend in May and June.

From 21 June we will be open every day.

From 26 April: travel between Covid 19 risk white zone regions or autonomous provinces or yellow zone areas (such as our province of Trento) is permitted! Those with a vaccination pass can move from one region to another even if they are red or orange Covid risk zones.

In the last few months, we have been preparing the rooms and common areas so that our cherished guests and staff can enjoy the Hotel Vienna in complete safety and peace of mind ;-)

Developments in the rooms:

• all carpets have been replaced with NEW fir timber flooring
• NEW balcony furniture
• all room walls have been whitewashed
• NEW tables and chairs have been arranged to create spaces for room-service breakfast and dinner on request with reservation

Developments in the external common areas:

• large shaded porch furnished with soft armchairs and sofas
• half a hectare of furnished private garden = plenty of space for you!
• lots of chaise longues and deck chairs on the lawn and lots of colourful flowers
• relaxing Kneip pond

Developments in the Bar area:

• New furniture in the bar area, with more spaced tables and chairs.
• Table service also with delicacies and snacks
• Preparation of a lunch hamper with tasty sandwiches and desserts to take away with you in the morning.

Procedures for Summer 2020:

• Check in before arrival (we will send you an email asking for your personal details for registration)
• Check out without your presence (we will ask for your authorisation to automatically debit your credit card for the amount approved by you)
• We have set up automatic disinfectant dispenser columns.
• We are adopting all the procedures envisaged by the occupational safety protocol of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

The Masks:

• Face masks are mandatory for everyone, guests and staff, within the Hotel Vienna common areas and workplaces
• Guests are not obliged to wear their face masks inside their rooms, but they must put them on if an employee is present.
• It is mandatory to wear face masks throughout the municipal area of Primiero and in inhabited centres.
• BUT it is NOT mandatory to wear a face mask when engaged in sports (hiking, biking) on the trails!

The New Chalet with Maxi-Sauna and Swimming Pool is ALWAYS OPEN FROM 15 MAY

• access is limited to a maximum number of people and by reservation

• Our restaurant service at Hotel Vienna has always been our strength and excellence.

To ensure the maximum safety of our guests, we provide service in the Restaurant and Bar rooms with spacing and sanitising devices, guaranteeing the high quality and delicious preparation of your food as always ;-)
